How long after one is it safe to train?
I don’t know. What did they tell you?
They told me two weeks for mine. In the grand scheme of things, if you’re otherwise strongly compliant, two weeks is a minor interruption.
I was still uncomfortable with being out for two weeks, mind you…but the description of what could go wrong if it started bleeding before it healed included the phrase, “grapefruit-sized.”
I waited the two weeks.
That degree of shrinkage would worry me as well.
